I am a former Paralegal in both New York and Florida. During this time, I dealt with clients during extremely stressful periods. I became a Realtor because I enjoy working with and helping people in every walk of life. My goal is to make the VISION of the "American Dream" a reality. Real Estate is challenging and exciting. It tests your limits of determination. I am a member of the Melbourne Area Association of Realtors, Florida Association of Realtors and National Association of Realtors. I am a member of the MAAR Legislative Committee and a former member of the Community Services and Grievance Committees. I was named top salesperson in 2004. In today's market, you need a capable, experienced realtor who will work hard to get the job done. My knowledge of the real estate market, negotiating skills and ability to listen to my clients' need and desires keep me ahead of my competition. My personal commitment extends far beyond a single point of purchase or sale; my goal is to establish a long-time, satisfying relationship with my clients built on trust, outstanding service and support, so that they are able to make sound, timely and secure real estate decisions. To accomplish this, I use honest, intelligent and open methods of work ethics. I will not lie or embellish the truth to get a listing or sale. I take extreme pride in my work and care about making a difference. I know that people are trusting me to help them with one of the biggest decisions they'll make in their lifetime and that is something I take very seriously. My customer and clients stay loyal and refer their family and friends because they know I will always do everything in my power to make sure the transaction goes smoothly from beginning to end.

I have three website on which to advertise my listings, as well as access to Enhanced Listing Presentations on realtor.com. My personal marketing strategies include open houses, virtual tours, new listing and sold mailings, the internet, print advertising, etc. In addition, Pruitt Real Estate, Inc. has an aggressive advertising and marketing program: THE HOME SHOW, which airs on TWC Cable Channel 98 on Wednesday evenings at 6:30 p.m. and and Thursday evenings at 8:30 p.m. every week highlights fifty (50) homes.
